Steadfast Group has delivered six Regional Days across the country creating a new opportunity for regionally based members to access the latest industry insights and connect in-person.
Following a successful pilot of the Regional Days in late 2025 in Victoria, events have been held in Bendigo, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba throughout February and March.

“The camaraderie among our network brokers was evident at the Regional Days. Knowledge was shared openly, and the energy in the room highlighted the passion they have for securing the right insurance and risk solutions for their clients.”
The events showcased Steadfast’s expanding suite of exclusive products and services available to its broker network and the latest news from strategic insurer partners. Attendees heard valuable insights from the Erato Professional Indemnity program – an exclusive PI solution for the Steadfast network – covering broker best practice and practical guidance on delivering consistently strong client outcomes.
“We’ve operated the Erato Professional Indemnity program for 21 years, providing our brokers with timely claims management to protect their assets and reputation, while also protecting their clients from uninsured losses,” Mr Jayaratne explained.
Following the strong reception to the Regional Days held to date, Mr Jayaratne confirmed plans to continue the initiative and progressively expand it across more states and regions nationwide over the next 18 months.
