Steadfast Foundation

Steadfast and its brokers actively support the communities in which we live and work,
typically donating around 1% of net profit after tax to charitable causes each financial year.


Steadfast created the Steadfast Foundation to facilitate grants and charitable contributions that support charities helping people overcome adversity, with $1.4 million in donations made in its first 10 years.

The Steadfast Foundation is guided by the Steadfast Foundation Board which is responsible for reviewing all grant applications and will make its funding decisions for the benefit of the community and in alignment with the philosophy of the Foundation.

Charities are often chosen based on the recommendations of our brokers in the field, and include cancer research and support, mental health, children’s causes and charities supporting the homeless and disadvantaged.

What else do we do

  • Steadfast Convention Charities

    As well as the ongoing activities of the Steadfast Foundation, Steadfast brokers and partners help raise funds each year to a local charity based in the state of the annual Steadfast Convention.

    In 2019, Steadfast Convention attendees donated more than $275,000 to The Black Dog Institute assisting people with Mental Illness, our brokers and partners have raised over $1,500,000 for charities.
