Steadfast Group has opened applications for its 2027 Graduate Program, offering graduates the opportunity to begin their career with Australasia’s largest general insurance broker network and underwriting agency group.
The 12-month program provides graduates with hands-on experience across Steadfast Group through tailored rotations, structured learning, mentoring, and the opportunity to be part of real-world business initiatives.
Designed to give graduates broad exposure to the insurance industry, the program offers a personalised pathway for early career talent to build capability, confidence and career momentum within Steadfast’s network of broker businesses, underwriting agencies and corporate teams.
Steadfast Group CEO, Robert Kelly AM, said the program is focused on giving graduates meaningful experience and genuine career support from day one.
“The Steadfast Graduate Program gives graduates the opportunity to shape their own path while gaining exposure to a diverse and dynamic industry,” Mr Kelly said.
“Graduates are supported to explore their strengths, interests and long-term career goals through rotations that allow them to discover which part of our business they are most interested in and develop the foundations for future leadership.”
A highlight of the program is the graduate project, where graduates collaborate on a real business challenge and present their recommendations to Steadfast’s executive leaders.
“We want graduates to feel they are making an impact from the beginning of their career,” Mr Kelly said.
“Our graduates aren’t observing our industry, they are contributing fresh thinking and practical solutions that improve our business.”
The 2027 Steadfast Graduate Program is open to recent university graduates and final-year students. Applications close 21 August 2026.
