Celebrating 15 years of giving back
The Steadfast Foundation has released its inaugural Impact Report, showcasing the collective contributions of the Steadfast network and underwriting agencies and highlighting the meaningful impact delivered to communities across Australia over the past 15 years.
Since its inception in 2011, the Steadfast Foundation has donated almost $10.5 million to charities and supported approximately 70 charitable organisations and community initiatives across Australia. In FY2026 alone, the Foundation donated more than $654,000 to 25 charities working across areas including cancer support and research, children's wellbeing, mental health, First Nations initiatives, homelessness, domestic violence prevention and community services.
Steadfast Group Founder, Managing Director and CEO Robert Kelly AM commented: "The Steadfast Foundation represents the collective generosity of our brokers, underwriting agencies, employees, partners and supporters. This report demonstrates what can be achieved when people come together with a common purpose of helping others.
"While we are proud of the funds raised and distributed over the years, the real measure of success is the difference being made in the lives of individuals, families and communities across Australia.
"The inaugural Impact Report highlights the power of our Together values in action and recognises the outstanding work of the many charity partners who are creating lasting change every day."
The report features stories and outcomes from a diverse range of charity partners supported by the Foundation, including organisations focused on medical research, cancer care, youth mentoring, First Nations education and employment, disability support, children's services, domestic violence prevention and regional community resilience.
Chairman of the Steadfast Foundation, Greg Fisher, said the report marks an important milestone for the Foundation.
